Pankaj Bajaj

Managing Director and Chairman of EHIL, Managing Director of EIPL

The Group is professionally managed under the leadership of Pankaj Bajaj. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of EHIL and also the Managing Director of EIPL. He is a graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. With over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development. Pankaj has driven the growth of the group from a small regional company to a group with operations in multiple cities and verticals. Currently, he is also serving as State President of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India) NCR.

Rohit Kishore

CEO, Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd.

Rohit Kishore is the Chief Executive Officer at EIPL. He has done MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He started his career in Seaarland Shipping Management post his B. Tech. in Marine Engineering. After completing his MBA in 2005-2007 he joined Unitech Ltd. and subsequently worked with Bharti Realty and Lotus Greens.He has possessed many years of experience in senior management roles including two years as COO with Lotus Greens. He joined EIPL in January 2019 and has been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth.

Shrikant Jajodia

Director

Shrikant Jajodia has completed his schooling from the Modern School, New Delhi and received an Honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He returned from Boston University with a Master’s degree in Management and has 32 years of work experience with national and multinational companies ranging from Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Telecom and FMCG like Max India Ltd., and GTC Industries.

He also worked with Dalmia Group and Allied Domecq PLC before joining Eldeco. Since joining the Eldeco Group in 2003, Shrikant has headed and executed multiple projects. He currently heads the Group’s operations in Punjab and Kanpur

S K Jaggi

COO, Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd.

Surendra Kumar Jaggi is the Chief Operating Officer at EHIL. He completed his Post-Graduation from Kanpur University and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management. He has also attended the IIMB-CREDAI Business Leadership Programme. S. K. Jaggi holds more than 30 years of work experience in real estate development having previously worked at Ansal Housing, Eldeco Infrastructure, Ansal API and Emaar MGF in various capacities.

A K Dhanda

Group CFO

Anil Kumar Dhanda is the Group CFO at Eldeco. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having previously worked with Uptron India Ltd., and NIIT Ltd., he comes with over 35 years’ of cumulative experience in financial management.Apart from heading the finance function, he is involved in strategic planning and budgeting at the Group. He also looks after investor relations, new business and collaborations for the Eldeco Group.
